Well sadly when i was depressed i mean seriously depressed i used to cut myself. It was a mistake it actually worked momentarily the physical pain numbed the emotional. Now i grown a little older and hoepfully a little wiser and when i am bored i get out of the house and go do something. When i am depressed i do the same damn thing. Just sitting there is going to make you more bored and trust me even though there is limitless knowledge on the internet there is still never anything to look at or do. I am bored right now and i have to work tonight so i think i will go to bed. Have a good one and enjoy life a little, you only have the one. Well i guess thats not entirely correct i died once they had to revive me so i guess i have at least two. Not wanting to take my chances on a third though lol. whatever you like to do go f*cking do it, If you think you might like to do it go f*cking try it, if your scarred to do it, do it anyway. later

first, do anything and everything that makes you relaxed and frees your thoughts! or you could go to the mall or do something fun with a group of your friends! if being bored makes you depressed, than just do what isn't boring!!!! it sometimes is also better to tell your friends you are depressed about something because they really know you and they can help with your depression!!(sometimes the computer isn't the MOST reliable thing!) however, i personally suggest going in your room and sorting out your thoughts! i like to do that while listening to music or reading a book! well i hope your "depression bug" goes away soon!!!! best of luck!!!!!

I get off the computer!
Either I play DJ and put on my saddest crybaby love songs until I start fidgeting and want some happier tunes.
Or I open the fallboard of my practice piano and start playing boogie woogie and jazz until it cheers me up
Or I go outside with my dog and play.
These usually work in changing how I feel. When I'm depressed, I pout, and I am not cute and attractive when I'm whining.

You only have one chance to be young..dont waste ur time being depressed. Remember the Past.Move On to the Future.Watching movies w/ friends and eating a little ice cream always makes you feel better.

When I am depressed, I listen to music, songs, watch TV, surf the net, chat with friends, go watch movies, involve myself in some hobbies etc.

Huh? How could you have time to be depressed? I don't have that kind of time. Just joking. We feel depressed sometimes, but I will suggest you somethings:
-Going out with friend (you can make more friends, fun, and even a new boyfriend)
-Shopping (this is what women do ;-) )
-Listening to music. (it make you feel better except sad-love-song)
-Reading a book (anykind that gain your knowledge)
-Learning somethings new such as: play a musical instrument, write poems, ......
-Playing some sports (make you healthier and have a great body) HOT HOT HOT!!!

Well you could call a friend invite someone over, or you could do something like draw make a story, listen to our favorite song, sometimes when I am sad I play Solitar it helps, give someone a hug, do you have a dog? if you do go play with your dog.
