I cant stand that woman she is so stuck up she patronises the people who want her help (more fool them). Everyone could have a house as tidy as hers if nobody worked, didn't have children and basically didn't live but instead dedicated there lives to following Anthea Turner's rules of housekeeping. There is more to life than cleaning and pretending to be the perfect housewife/husband. Anyway should we really be taking any notice of a woman who was advertising chocolate bars on her wedding day??

There's no book yet, but if there is to be one, they might bring it out for the Christmas market. Now I KNOW Anthea is what my daughter calls a "fryer" - (meaning that too much exposure to her would "Fry" your brain) -BUT I do watch the programme for the tips, which are great, and to give Anthea her due, she IS organised, AND I detect a degree of compassion in her attitude to the women, which I suspect comes from Anthea's own certificate, gained from the Media Attack School of Hard Knocks!

Jeez that is sad think you need to get out more - anthea turner is in a 1950's time warp where women were domestic slaves - come over to the other side where you only clean what you really have to and all the junk falls out of the cupboard when you open it BUT you dont care cos you are in a hurry to get to the pub! There is no such thing a a perfect housewife - pAnthea's TV career had all but dried up so she had to reinvent herself as 'the perfect housewife' just so she could get back on TV once more to patronise and shame all of us lazy drunken women who live in filtthy disorderly houses feeding our families on microwave meals
- but do we listen and feel ashamed??? no ! Why???? because we have BRAINS unlike poor deluded Anthea

I read somewhere that she is writing one (after all, why would she miss another money-making opportunity) I love the programme - not for the tips, tho some are good, but because i get to look at her lovely house and listen to her patronise people who don't happen to haqve an in built cinema in their house!! and those plebes, who, God forbid, only have the one kitchen not a separate one for guests, or a huge room dediacted to laundry!! LOVE IT!!!!!!
