Feel it and see if it is wheel grease.If it is get you bearings checked by a mechanic.

Check for tear in the CV joint boot. Boot is filled with grease that keeps joint lublicated and a tear lets it escape. Small tear: possible no contaminants have entered joint yet and boot can be replaced. Large tear and condition exists for a while? Probably looking at replacing the CV joint / half axle which comes with boots. Also, if torn, AVOID boot replacements that are the 2-piece/glue together variety. Bad move...

if it is on the inside it is bearing grease u need to have it repaired soon or your wheel will come off if not u will be repairing your Axel or it also might be coming from the rack in pinion
