If so what are some good schools in South America?

Cheaper is not always better. If u intend to practice in the U.S. u will still be required to meet U.S. standards for practicing as a doctor. What is considered to merit an M.D. in countries outside of the U.S. is often only good enough to be considered a P.A. in this country.

Could be, but You still need to go to school in the states, if you are going to practice in the states.

Better go to High School somewhere and learn to write and spell.
