Type a complete sentence next time. I had to read that a few times to understand it. If you're a guy, nope. Not unless you want surgery. You're stuck with a condom. If you're a girl, you're an idiot because you should know about every type of birth control. Either way you still need a condom because nothing is 100% guaranteed to prevent pregnancy, and no birth control will protect you from diseases other than a condom.

Condom is just one of the products available over the counter, to be used for safe sex. Your local pharmacy will have them, your doctor can also help with semi-permanent implants and other reversible surgical methods.
Your concerned should be not just pregnancy but also STDs, UTI and AIDS.
You must know that there is no 100% safe sex, except not having sex.
Since you asked this Q? I say you must go see a doctor or at least see some one in a free clinic near you.
You need to be educated in this matter. They must be running family planing classes and feminine hygiene classes in your are.
Not every one knows every thing. No Q? is dumb only some answers may be dumb.

Read the rest of this forum and the many many girls who have accidentally gotten pregnant because they didn't use birth control or a condom. Hopefully that will help you avoid posting here again in a few weeks with the question "could I be pregnant?" Seriously, whatever is keeping you from using a condom, it is not a good excuse. My sister is ALLERGIC to latex, they make latex free condoms now. So... wrap it up, please.

There are a myriad of birth control options... the pill, the ring, and even a shot (very painful, but it's great: no periods at all!). there's also a diaphragm. The number one way NOT to get pregnant is not to have sex, or at least (looking for PG answer) either keeping it to oral sex, etc.
