North West Germany, the people I met there were all pretty sharp, so positive about German Intelligence. They are clinical and precise.
They were also racists an very open about German Superiority to everyone else. That was the creepy part of living there.

Bavaria, Southern Germany, these folks sometime barely feel German, they speak a different Dialect, they aren't the sharpest people in Europe, but they are gifted with music and dance.

The negative for Bavaria, a little too layed back for the kind of area they live in.

North France for me was almost exactly like being in Northern Germany. Very smart but very racist.

South France was so different for me, much more diversity, very friendly and enlightened people.

The negative is there are a lot of elitist here who live in some kind of bubble from the rest of the people. It caught up with them recently but I think they learned from it.

Luxemburg's, people here were wonderful, intelligent and colorful.
I real got no negative impression of Luxemberg it was kind of a combination of all their neighbors positive qualities.
