Social Anxiety disorder, like when you feel like everyones looking at you critisicisn you and talking bout you, yeah I suffered that when I was younger, you know the best way to get rid of that is by, working out daily, building a high self esteem, you know I know this will sound wrong, but you should talk to a counselor, a place that would help you alot with this would be a bootcamp, they'll teach you the way to get past this, and be a new person, It worked for me and I've only been there for like 3 weeks, exactly, I get along with everyone there, I love that place and don't wanna get out, but yeah eventually I'll have to go baack to my school, you should write back to me, I'll guide you, I wanna be a psychiatrist some day, I learned from my lifes experience,

I have a phobia about being in crowded places like airports or train stations. I sweat profusely, I feel like puking, and sometimes I'm in such a panic that I head for the nearest exit. Before my graduation ceremony I spent half an hour in the toilet with diarrhoea and nausea. The only method that helps me is to try and visualise the place and situation that I'm going to be in and think positive thoughts-whatever happens it isn't going to be the end of the world-and that helps me to cope if not overcome my phobia. If there is any possibility of me avoiding the situation completely however I will do so.

Yes - I am very shy and can actually get sick when I have to be around others for very long. It never seems to get any easier..no matter what I try. I do hate it.
