Man utd are more popular over the world years ago Arsenal were the biggest English club followed in Ireland with the Terry Neil Liam Brady connection but when Roy Keane was at Man Utd the Irish followed him but Beckhams influence in the far east and America made man utd more of a global success i don't actually think it was the club but more of the stars that attracted support.
