This still happens to me if I've watched too much TV...I just feel BLAH. I think it's because you're staring at the screen for too long...you might need glasses or even have a vertigo condition that is triggered by the screen. It's a good reason to cut down on computer time, though!

It could be a problem with your eyes......how is the rest of the room lit, i.e. is your PC screen the only lighted area in an otherwise dark room? Do you wear glasses normally and do you need them for computer use? Does this happen ALL the time or only at certain times of the day when you're at the PC. Sometimes, just taking a break or exercising your eyes for a few moments can be helpful. Are you smoking or drinking........are you on an empty stomach? Start keeping track of all this stuff every time you get nauseated....you may find a pattern and can address it. Get you eyes checked too. I sit at at PC all day and have for 25 years......sometimes it's also what you are viewing or the reason you are viewing or others in the room. Be patient...you'll find the reason!

You may need glasses. Straining to see the screen may be bringing on a migraine headache, symtoms of which can be dizzy, nausia, tunnel vision, feeling light headed, eye ache, head ache. If you sit at a pc for more than 4hours at a time, you must take a half hour break. Approx 10mins every hour.

If the refresh rate of your monitor is too low, or you have too high a resolution (causing you to have to strain to see things), then this could be affecting you. Also, if your monitor has a colour temperature setting, change it from 9300K (the default on most monitors) to 6500K - this balance is easier to work with for long periods of time.

Using VDU screens for long periods of time can make your eyes bad. If your eyes are suffering it can cause you to feel dizzy and sick. You may need glasses. See an optician!

Sounds like your refresh rate isn't set right, or you need glasses.
