I like the Philips Norelco. It cuts short and long face hair, flexes to fit your chin and the cutting parts can be popped open to wash them under running water. it does a great job shaving smoothly and comfortably and lasts a week between recharges.

Many people will give you a specific brand as they are happy with it. However, that depends on your skin and beard. Some men can get a better shave with one brand over another. I tried a Norelco and was happy with it. Later bought a Remington and returned it as it caused my skin to get red and sensitive. I am now using a Braun and love it. See what stores and manufacturers will let you return one if you are not happy with it. Also, if any members of your family who have the same type of skin and beard as you use an electric razor, find out which brand and try that first.
