I'm looking for a non-toxic paint to paint my walls at home. I've found something called Milk Paint but I'm not sure how well it applies. If you've tried or can recommend any other non-toxic paint, please let me know how well it applied and if it applies similar to regular paint. I don't mind a faux finished look - in fact, I wanted to do at least some of my walls with a sponge or ragged look. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

If you are looking for something which can be applied without odor, I recommend a no VOC paint called "Lifemaster" by ICI dulux. We have used it throughout our home and it is quite odor free...we could not even smell that we had painted that day.

It applies like any other latex paint.

You can find a store at:

Almost every paint company makes non-toxic versions of their paints. Just ask at your local hardware store, or paint store. Keep in mind that they are considered non-toxic AFTER they dry.
