when im down I like to go on the trails in the woods here and walk a mile ,and I love to shop it makes me for sure not sad lol,,,,feeling sad is no fun I hate to be sad ,I do know where you are coming from I suffer from post tramatic stress and I have alot of sad days ,the best thing I can tell yah to do is get out, dont stay inside find things out doors to keep you busy ,hang with your friends .if you are busy you wont be able to get to sad ,hope you feel better soon

I'm sorry you're sad!
I have been that way alot, lately...but I find a good long walk helps. It's been hard to motivate myself to do it, but I always feel better after I do. Listening to my MP3 with upbeat songs while I'm walking helps, too...although sometimes I just prefer listening to nothing but nature.
Cheer up, sweetie...whatever is wrong won't last forever.

when I'm sad what makes me feel better is if i talk to someone that i know that really cares about me and my feelings like a close relative or one of mt friends.whenever I'm around them that makes my day!
