If everyone did things because they enjoy them, rather than out of trying to make money or out of guilt/ trying to appear virtuous, then the world would be a more honest place and probably a better one.

Opinions are never good or bad. It's their perceptions that are. People try to be good when they perceive their actions to be good and then they look for a reason to justify their perceptual decisions.
Do you think that any terrorist in this world thinks he is doing bad or evil? According to him mass murder it is a good thing!!

If we didn't need to try to be good then why is that kids don't need to be taught how to be naughty - they do it naturally! We're all born that way - naturally sinful and it is only through our deliberate decision that we can be 'good'. However in God's eyes we can never be good enough for Him without Christ's love and forgiveness at work in our lives.

Satan is Satan whether we try to be good or not. He knows our weaknesses and wil always "whisper" in your ear how good it will feel to be bad.
