I have a quick remedy for fair skin and it is cheap too. Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with one tablespoon of orange juice and one tablespoon of yogurt together and apply on the face leave for 20 minutes to dry then see the results after one week do this every day. Have fun

depending on why your forehead went dark in the first place. It's commonly called "Melasma"...look it up online. Dr.'s usually prescribe a 4% hydroquinone to fade the darkening. You also must wear a sunscreen/block to prevent from re-darkening. In any event, contact a derm doc or you can find some 2% over the counter hydroquinone from a drug or beauty supply store. Use am and pm for a couple of weeks and see how it turns out....no long term usuage. Look up hydroquinone as well. There has been some recent controversy over it. Personally, I've used it on and off for many years and it's been cool to me. You can order the stronger 4% online from Canadian stores as you don't need a presription, but in all reality, the 2% may do just fine. All the best.

Use some creams that help to lighten your skin. My indian friendd uses this indiann cream or something which lightens her skin so maybe you could try to find some indian products.

Try to grow more hair so that your forehead is covered and the uv doesnt touches it for some time the problem will be out ok

use lemon slices tht will make good result, also try some cold things. also sleep well, and dont take so much tension and keep proper food balence. tht ll help u better.
