Hi. The moon's lack of any appreciable atmosphere means meteoroids hit the surface constantly, the slow rotation causes extreme temperature fluctuations, and there in almost no water.

well for starters the earth has water -n its surface and the moon doesn't. then theres no wind and no volcanoes and no springs or anything like that on the moon.
