If you read the Genesis account, Adam and Eve became parents to many sons and daughters, who then procreated.

First of all Adam and Eve had two more sons after Cain killed Able.
I asked my minister the same question and he told me that just because Adam and Eve were the first people God made doesn't mean that they were the only people God made.
Stories like this is the reason I do not believe in organized religion.
But I made that decision after I read the entire bible.

People say that there were other people on earth as well! Just Adam and Eve were the ones concentrated on! And they had 2 sons but 1 of them killed the other 1!

Have a nice day!

At the beginning of creation, these things have happened frequently! Don't look deeply into them. However, I have a personal opinion: when Adam and Eve are coming directly from heaven, why it is hard to imagine that their grand-children might come the same way down to Earth?

God created adam, then he created eve from adam's rib (?) so the story goes, but how do we know he only made those 2? Too many flaws in religion - which is why i don't believe in any of it. Otherwise it had to be insest, like everyone says!!

Adam and Eve were made before the fall, therefore they were free from genetic misalignments that plague us today. the only other people around were also children of Adam and Eve. so they must have been married to their sisters. God specifically told them to go forth and be prosperous so that humanity would cover the earth, at this time that was the only way to procreate. At the tower of Babel mankind was split into different races, it was at this time when genetic changes occured that made incest a problem gentically. we can see how over time the passing of genetic material to subsequent generations has lead to specific errors such as Cri du chat, and others, as humanity is subject to the fall our genetic integrity becomes increasingly unstable. it is evident in the modern offspring of incest that it produces wide errors in allele pairing, this would not be the case in pre-babel times as there would be no overlap in genetic sequencing.

The question should be if god could make adam and eve. Why did he have to screw up marys' life by doing her while she was sleeping? This god you speak of didn't make anything. He himself is just a big if.Why would a god make a world that was capable of over heating, global warming. Inteligent design. I don't think so.
