I am curious... I understand that orgasm can help bring about labor in the final days/week... does it necessarily have to be an orgasm DURING sex, or can it be from masturbation or oral? Does it make a difference? I am able to climax - just not during intercourse! I hope thats not wierd. We have sex quite a bit (so I can get the semen - gimme semen LOL!) but I dont climax that way.

The rush is that I am 39 weeks - with a previous c-section, trying to do a VBAC. And If you don't have your baby by week 40 when attempting a VBAC they will take it via C-section, which I DO NOT WANT... absolutely horrible experience with that 12 years ago. Ultrasound a week ago put baby over 8 lbs already. That's why

For the doctor on board.... We have been talking about stripping membranes but he will not do it yet because my cervix is still 'thick'. I have always had thick cervix up until L&D.

It can be orgasming from any way, but I do think the penetration helps. Many women can't orgasm from penetration alone.....maybe you could try using a vibrator on your clit while he is penetrating you...that seems that it would solve that whole issue (and be a whole lotta fun in the process!).
****It is perfectly safe to have oral sex during pregnancy, just not for your partner to blow air into your vagina which is NEVER a good idea, as long as your partner is free of STDs**********

you're approximately to ***. some ladies are easily able to female ejaculate. no longer too lots is wide-unfold approximately it, besides the fact that this is theory to return from an identical section which you pee from. i be attentive to for me it constantly felt like i became into approximately to pee, or became into peeing. however the liquid that comes out is distinctive. it is easily sparkling and odorless. this is embarassing, extraordinarily with a companion that knows no longer something approximately it (pondering some docs nevertheless refuse to have faith what different study have discovered - that it is actual). So in case you opt to verify which you're actually not peeing once you experience the urge, attempt to apply the bathing room in the previous intercourse, or possibly run in there promptly in the middle, in the previous you get to that factor. additionally, make specific your companion knows approximately female ejaculation and which you keep feeling the urge to, so as that they don't seem to be caught off preserve by making use of it, and don't mistake it for urine.

I was the same way...but indeed both of you have to climax at the same time for it to work. Ask your doctor to make sure. I didn't have an orgasm durning sex for the longest time and it's not "weird." I still don't orgasm during sex unless my husband stimulates me other ways. This probably sounds really gross...but I'm just answering the quesiton. Anyway...if you want anymore details--contact me. Good Luck!

Well you are NORMAL. There are many and I mean MANY women out there that sex is just not enough for orgasm. As for the question Masterbation would work too, but I would strongly say to stay away from your honey doing oral on you will pregnant. That can cause some problems such as air entering into the vagina and it can cause harm to the baby. So stick with sex or masterbation til the baby is out. GOOD LUCK AND CONGRATS

Orgasm " CAN" induce uterine contraction and leads to actuall start of labour in some cases...NO MATTER the way orgasm achieved...
it's i think will be better to acheive it by masturbation than intercorse as later can cause infection to baby...which masturbation will not.
AS per your history...For V BAC...you can try ur "ORGASM METHOD"...but really speaking there are definately good methods for INDUCTION of labour which must be known to your doctor...even when you had previous Caesarean section....SO ASK fo r INDUCTION OF LABOUR by ... STRIPPING, AMNIOTOMY, OXYTOCIN INDUCTION...but PROSTAGLANDIN NEVER to be used with previous C. section
AND laslty...Dont be afraid of repeat c section...FACE IT if needed
GOOD LUCK

It doesn't matter how you get the orgasm... I was the same at one stage. Couldn't achieve orgasm with sex only other ways.

you shouldnt be doing oral youare risking infection. your doctor should have told you that. yes you can do it by yourself or have your partner rub you. it doesnt matter but not oral. the air and his mouth will cause you an infection so dont do it. its bad all the way through pregnancy

it is the prostaglandin in the sperm that can induce contraction, not sex or orgasm itself
