My remedy is that I wash my face daily 3-4 times. It keeps me fresh also. I apply the medicated cream prescribed by the doc. Although I'm trying the cream since a week, my pimples have reduced, but I want them all to vanish.
If ur pimples are serious then see the skin specialist or ur doc.

I am Mayalsian, unlike the others. If you are going to pop them, make sure to squeeze out any pus and oil coming out of it. Quickly rinse in with water and squeeze any leftover oil or pus. Then apply an antiseptic cream for about three days, just to make sure it doesn't come back. Good luck. Bur if you are going to apply a cream, use Neutrogena face scrub or something. Again, Good luck!

Mix Aloe Vera (from plant is best), young papaya, lime and tea tree oil. Rub on place with pimples and leave on like a mask for 5 mins before washing off

To be happy everyday, stress is the culprit of pimples.
By the way tell you some jokes to make you happy to get rid of the pimples. It goes:
-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.
-When did you first notice this problem?
-What problem?
One more joke:
A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.
