Go to the cell phone company you want to switch to, they will take care of EVERYTHING... and its free to switch providers... Unless you mean switching your number to a different style of phone. Contact your current provider and ask what kind of phones you can get with them. You can purchase them for fractions of the price on ebay, get one there and take it in and they will do it for you

Simple,
1: make sure all the numbers in the phone are stored in the sim card.
2: remove the sim and put it in the phone which u want 2 transfer the numbers to.
3: when u turn on the phone it will say: copy numbers from sim card? say yes and there u have it-simple!!

if you are using symbian, you can install SmartVCard to copy contact to memory or you can send it, then you can replace with other phone.
