i know that some people hate me :( but ohter ..want to talk to me but they just stand and stare waiting for me to wave or something before they come and talk ........ what do you think is wrong? .... and what should i do

Normal shyness of course. I have it a bit bad. Where my dad can just go right up to a stranger and strike up a conversation I just stand there kind of intimidated.

I think that you may be intimidating to people, either you are extremely attractive, or just have a way about you that makes people feel like you are unapproachable. You should say hi first, be friendly. You cant change others, but be confident and you will get what you want.

I just took a physiology class and it is true that most people want you to say hello first, I have started to do it and it is amazing how many people say hi back and smile. we are all afraid the other person doesn't remember us. I have had some good conversation too with old friends.
