There is the obvious hollywood thing, but its a joke. Its dirty and not really worth seeing unless you take a tour of star homes. Total tourist trap. Go to the Santa Monica Promenade and hang out-great place for star siteing! Universal studios is ok. Knotts Berry Farm is a cute amusement park. The Beverly Center is a great place to shop. If you want some great people watching, consider Venice Beach.

you have to check Knott's Berry Farm. It's not really a farm, but it used to be one a long time ago. Now it's an amusement park like Disneyland. It's cheaper to get into. we also have a six flags but it's too hot and has to many gang bangers. Universal Studios has a tour and a couple of cool rides but costs way to much. if you really want to see L.A., you have to go to several places. Hollywood, Venice Beach (on the Strand), Chinatown, Downtown L.A.

you must go to san francisco. absolutely beautiful there. haight ashbury, alcatraz, the cliff house..just go there it's fab.
