It's is the answer. I know you are thinking that the band is a group of individual people but in this case you have to look at it grammatically. The word BAND is singular, hence The band gave it's last performance,,,,

if you mean to say that the members of the band gave a farewell to each other this would be (their) but if the band as a whole gave a farewell to the audience , for example, use (its)

it depends on whose english you're speaking. i believe their is actually the proper pronoun because the band refers to more than one person. from what i hear on british news radio a collective term like band or group or team is usually given a plural pronoun.
but american English would most likely say its because you are referring to one single band.
i think ultimately their is correct.
