If he is not married and he truly loves you, he should be bold enough to convince his parents and marry you. Did he seek permission from the family before expressing his love to you? NOT A VERY CONVINCING REASON...

Choice is entirely yours - to believe him or not.

Are you Indian? If so, I think that what your boyfriend says is true. If he marries you and his family doesn't approve, they will disown him and he'll blame you in the end. His parents seem to be from a different generation and probably will never give in on this. Since your boyfriend is being honest about this with you, I think that if you want to get married, you should start looking for another man that can accept your caste.

Looks like ur boyfriend believes that caste is no bar as far as "love" is concerned, but an insurmountable obstacle when it comes to marriage. Dump him dear, and fast.

Huh! do you believe him?
Girl please understand this it is possible that he truly loves you but if he cant marry you because of his family baby that's asure sign that you should start running.
That's a can of worms waiting to get open and guess who's gonna get the $hitty end of the stick.
make your decision but make sure you choose the best path for you.

Sounds to me like he either doesnt love you enough or he is telling you the truth and in either case will probably never marry you - if marriage is what you want look somewhere else

Do not believe him.Cast is secondary to pure love. Marriage is necessary and it gives legal bonding.
