Check Yahoo! Mail Help

If you want to set up Outlook Express to receive/send mail via Yahoo! mail you have two choices:
1) forget it, Outlook Express doesn't work with Y! mail
2) upgrade to Yahoo! Mail Plus which works with Outlook Express.

Simply, you can't. Yahoo derives revenue from showing ads while you read emails. If you download them to outlook then you won't see yahoo's ads.

I think they offer a pay email service for increased storage, which may include POP support.

infact u can set pop access if u use free yahoo
however if u r using permium mail then ofcourse u can use it as it has the facility of POP access and Forwading and u can enable them by going on to mail option
then u can use pop server on your outlook express and smtp server wud be of ur ISP
