Ever think that stress had nothing to with it? Maybe you just got old, huh? You could try an old person cream but I doubt it will actually make you look good

Maybe go out and get your hair done or buy a new outfit to make yourself feel good.Even though you should really try to make yourself feel good on your own.Beauty is within so if you were beautiful before you are beautiful now.P.S try not to let stress get to you.I know easier said then done.Get rest if you can because rest can help relieve some of the stress and even help with appearance.You wont be tired or look it.

Honey, I doubt you lost your looks, don't be so hard on yourself! I'm sure you're just being a little down on yourself. Maybe take a day or two off from work and go to a spa and pamper yourself...you'll feel back to your beautiful self in no time!!

Hey, beauty is related to your innerself , not the outer looks,but if you still are consious about your looks, then take proper sleep.Drink lots of water.Join any laughter club & do yoga regularly for few weeks to see the result.This will help you look beautiful.If it doesn't work,visit any beauty spa or dermatologist.

best solution to get u as before is be happy always . dont ever stress urself with small tensions

drink 3 litres of water daily. don't put on weight. deep breathe - 10 times a minute - at least 2 hours daily. 3 months.

Go for regular facials and eat healthy food and drink plenty of water. Regular exercises is also essential. Age gracefully.

take healthy food...avoid junk foods..

and after all....


try to be beautiful from inside and not from outside only...which I hope you are....and in this case you do not need to worry about your look..

sleep for long without any tension of work,home or anything....then u can also try lots of water and evion capsules{vitamin-E}
