Please don't tell me to ask my doctor! I asked my doctor a few things yesterday and never got answers!! Medications don't help with any aches for me! I've even had morphine before to relieve pain I had in the hospital and it had no effect on me!!

You may have this headache from stress. Sex is a stress reliever and it will help the baby to come

I used to get headaches when I was pregnant - I think they can be worse as you are affraid to take anything - I didnt see your question the other day so I dont know what was suggested so Ill just give you a few... Have you gone to your pharmacy to see what you can take to help it? Have you asked your GP or OB what they suggest? Have you tried lying in a very dark and quiet room? I used to take a medication which was over the counter from the pharmacy called Mersyndol which is a category A so safe for pregnancy and that seemed to work for me - however I am in Australia and I dont know if the same medication is named the same thing where ever you are - try the pharmacy first if that doesnt help see your GP or OB

I would see my doctor first. Try cold compresses on your forehead or on the back of your neck. Put on some relaxing music. Studies have shown that music helps relax the body and eases pain. But truly, I'd visit the doctor first.

Take good care and best of luck w/your little "bundle of joy"!!

it's a known fact that migraines can be a terrible side effect of pregnancy....i got them with my first bub and it felt like i was resting on a rock while i was actually resting on a soft pillow..i finally went to the docs and he gave me a Peth injection....it worked...that would be your last alternative...other than that....stay away From cheese chocolate and coffee.
ice pak to the head and do the acupuncture thing where u place ur thumb and for finger in between the said above...in the hollow part...place slight pressure till the pain subsides.
good luck and congrats..

Get Your BloodPressure checked....
It can be first sign of DANGEROUS condition called "PIH-pregnancy induced hypertension" which if ignored can lead to convulsions(ECLAMPSIA)

It can present as ALTERED SLEEP RHYTHM, HEADACHE(not releived by routine drugs like paracetamol) which you have...in addition it will show....swelling over feet(Oedema), pain in upper abdomen, disturbed vision, vomiting

If this cond'n is there...needs "urgent" treatment.

Rest of cause of headache can be treated symptomatically...that is Take TAB_PARACETMOL.

it is not proper to discuss other causes of headache before ruling out PIH...which is most commen cause of headache in last trimester of pregnancy..
