From a guy's perspective it actually looks pretty good. I see your point, though, that it is sort of silly. Jeans & heels in my opinion were never supposed to be worn together, but it does allow a woman to buy looong jeans, thus making her legs look incredibly sexy . . .

If it's a pump, then I agree. The skin shows between the shoe and the hem of the jean really stands out. To me it looks like they couldn't make up their mind on what to wear.

If it's boots, then I disagree. I love boots with jeans, I wear them all the time. It's a great way to dress up an outfit, add some length to my legs, and a few inches to my (short) height. The jeans should be a tad long to fall over the top of your foot so that in a heel your leg has one long slender line.

u've wasted points on this one ... but still , lemme answer it for u - heels are tough to manage .. whereas jeans are jus super comfy .. and together, they make a weird outfit .. but jeans that end right at the ankle lends more focus on the heels or stilletos that one mite be wearing .. and , it looks quite good.. esp if u tall, u can look nice and leggy :) give it a try ... besides , its better to be a trend setter than a trend follower.. so if u dont like em, dont join em .. cheers ..

Since when was wearing high heels with jeans a trend?
I doubt that's going to go away, and I'm pretty sure people haven't just started doing that.
Are you people serious?
Why would you just wear sneakers or flats with just jeans.
Jeans with sneakers look dyke.
Unless you know how to wear it.

I think most people wear high heels with jeans because it elongates your legs and gives the appearance that you are slimmer. Me personally I don't wear them with jeans but I don't see anything wrong with it

Well it is a style from the 80's. Usually the trashy girls wore that style... and the designers have been trying to bring it back for several years now. Just my opinion... but I still think it looks trashy to wear "pumps" with jeans.

I like it. I think that it looks nice, it all depends on what your wearing it with though. For instance you have to wear it with tight or bootleg jeans & a nice dressy shirt. Some people can pull off the look, others can't.

Wow. I didn't know it was a trend. I've been doing that for years. I don't wear dresses and skirts and flat shoes don't work well for Salsa dancing.

I've always thought it looked tacky. Like wearing a tie with a hawaiian shirt or a long jacket or coat with shorts.
