There's this girl in my class that i catch staring at me. Sometimes, she'll find ways to get close to me. And it looks like she really wants to talk to me, but she doesn't get it out. The first time she talked to me she was smiling at me. What does this mean?

Just smile and talk back to her. Keep the conversation lively and make her laugh... but most importantly be yourself..> NOT THE SHY SELF YOU THINK YOU ARE>>>> ya know how people always act more outgoing around family... act like that. Mutual relations are very difficult to inspire as great or fairly residual in context for friendship.
Humans are attracted to each other for what ever reasons draws the view, but in perspective, it is normal and how you react usually depends on what you want and your age factor.
The younger you are the more you are susceptible to sex as the greater friendship because sex is what turns the key in the heart and America is more sexually active today then it was 100 years ago and spreading fast.

The next time you see her smiling at you, walk up to her and tell her that it will cost her something if you catch her smiling at you again. then from there you can continue the conversation. thats all you need to start talking with her. kapish

Most of the time, she will let you know somehow. And it seems to me that you've got your warning signs! Pass on to a friend that you think she might and get some people to whisper the word around. Be suttle. Get a friend to hint that you've seen some signs and you want to know! =)

Talk to her and become friends with her and you will be able to tell. It sounds that she is scared to talk to you. What do you have to lose by becoming friends?

Ask her if she likes you but don't do it in front of other people... this will only embarass you and her if it is not true. Hope you like her too though!
