Do you know for sure that the razr v3i will be compatable with alltel?

Is Alltel GSM? If so, yes. It may need to be unlocked. They're available for Cingular now.

No, there is no possible way for it to happen. The v3i is GSM. Alltel is a CDMA/AMPS carrier. You may be thinking about the Motorola Razr v3m or the KRZR. The KRZR is like the v3i, it's just CDMA.

Contact alltell and ask. v3i is what I have and its a GSM network phone that works with carriers such as cingular, at&t and such. Check with them first tho to find out which kind of V3 is compatible to their network. Good luck
