ya cuz they are hurting take it from me who knows ...I always wanted help everyione just rejected me for being emo I tried to change I just wanted someone to talk to I couldnt change I tried why doent anyine love me? I haft to deal with noone in my life everyday no family no freind sno g/f emptyness

No, not all of them cut themselves. Only the hardcore emos actually go through with that, many emos basically just like to dress stupid and listen to terrible music.

Cutting ones self does not have anything to do with a style or genre, it is a symptom of a mental illness. So I would venture to say no... not all "emos" cut themselves. If you have a friend who's doing this they need help.
