Okay, I actually researched this a bit when trying to get pregnant. I'm agnostic, so you're not going to hear the whole "gift from God" stuff from me.
The positions thing is pretty much bogus.
You can however go to a lab and have the sperm "spun" to separate the male sperm from the female sperm and then artificially inseminated into you. It's not 100% guaranteed but is effective from what I have researched. I did not go through with it as I was unable to get pregnant at all and had decided to leave it up to chance.
Good luck, and do what YOU feel is right in your heart....

Well no but there are ways to try to get a girl and a boy. If you want a girl have sex two days before ovulating girl sperm swim slower than male sperm who swim fast. For a boy you just have sex when you start ovulating. Count and your days for your period and see how long it is some peple have a 21 day cycle and some have a 28 day cycle everyone is different. Do that then determine when you ovulate and have sex two days before to try to get a girl and have sex the day of to get a boy. Sperm live 48-72 hours. I have known people that tried and and worked so give it a try.

apparently you can do some sex position that will give you a higher chance of having a boy, which is very effective (apparently!). Look into it, but remember, the child is a gift and either gender you are blessed with should be loved and cherished.
