Only if his penis somehow ends up in your vagina.
No..oral sex does not get you pregnant.
May I make a suggestion? You should NOT be engaging in any sex if you don't have a full understanding of how your body works, how you can and can't get pregnant AND how to prevent pregnancy and disease.
Did you know that 1 in 4 sexually active people carries a disease and yes, you can get most of those via oral or anal sex!
It's time to do one of these things:
1. Get a good book that teaches you these things. "Our Bodies, Ourselves" is one of the best books out there. It's accurate and non-judgemental. You can get it at the public library if you can't afford to buy it. Or even go sit in the bookstore and read it. Better to do that, than end up with an unpleasant surprise.
2. Talk to your parents. Buck up and tell them what you are doing. Yeah, you'll get yelled at and maybe even punished, but at least they should help you know and do what you must to stay safe.
3. Talk to another adult you trust who won't punish you.
You are playing a dangerous game that could really mess with your heart and head, in addition to creating problems that could affect the rest of your life.
Learn to be smart about it.
Oh..and about that sore throat, again, 1 in 4 sexually active people carries a DISEASE. You could have any one of a number of infections caused by oral sex.
Now for the real question, why on earth are you giving blow jobs to a little boy when there's nothing in it for you except attention? WOMEN don't give blow jobs to men who give nothing in return.

hmmm NO. Sperm has to go into the uterus to get pregnant, not the stomach. If it did happen then that would be the first time I have EVER heard of it. About the sore throat, well that could just it be irritated. Kinda like if you smoke too much or you could have strep throat or Mono. If it doesn't go away in a couple of days then be sure to go to the dr. Goodluck
