How to Eat a Lot and Lose Weight
Did you know that you can eat a lot and still lose weight? It sounds too good to be true, right? Here are some ways to make it happen.

Steps
Eat a lot of healthy, low-fat foods rather than junk food. Adding a lot of vegetables and fruits to your diet will help you. Drink boullion made with filtered water to help you feel full.
Go ahead and have that donut or slice of pizza, but before you do, drink a few glasses of water and eat a bowl of raw veggies such as cucumbers, celery, carrots, and tomatoes. They will fill you up and you will have very little room to eat the "junk" food.
There are two things you eat and drink that contain no calories: water and fiber. The more of these you get into your diet, the better off you will be. For example, you can eat a pound of mixed salad greens with assorted raw vegetables (carrots, red cabbage, celery, broccoli, onion, etc.) with a low or no-calorie salad dressing and only have eaten 100-150 calories. This is because of the high water and fiber content of the salad and low calorie dressing.
Always use utensils and sit at the table. This stops you from descending into "binge hell" where you have your head in the fridge eating with your hands.
Eat slowly and stop when you're full. If you can't stop then say "OK, I can't stop so that means I can't______." Fill in the blank with something you like to do other than eating. Maybe you can't put on make up, use the computer or go to town.
Exercise every day! Get your heart rate up and start out at 10 minutes then work your way up by adding 5 or 10 minutes each day.
Craving chocolate usually means you need more magnesium. Take the RDA of magnesium a day beyond what you would get from your food.
If you eat 100-150 calories or so every two hours, your body stays in a high-metabolism digesting mode. This allows you to burn more calories than eating just 3 meals a day.

I don't trust a skinny baker or cook. That means they don't like their own food well enough to eat it. Actually, I worked at an ice cream stand for a while and started to gain weight because I ate so much. I eventually grew tired of eating ice cream and began to lose the weight again. You can be a thin baker if you watch the amount of bake goods you eat. Exercise daily and maintain a healthy diet (both will keep your metabolism rate high).

Good question. You could bake them for
: 1. Family and friends
2.Any elderly people that you know
3.Community groups
4.Homeless shelters
I'm sure any and all would be happy to receive your baking. As a plus you get the joy of doing what you like.Along with the satisfaction of giving. And you would not gain weight.

You can have your cake and bake it too!!!!!! (sorry for the pun) We can eat whatever we want but everything has to be in moderation (as you have probably heard a million times before) Over eating and being over weight can be a medical condition for some such as thyroid probs, but for most, it's simple overeating and lack of exercise. If you can get your head around "right and healthy thinking" then you can have both.

May be you could only eat one or two of them yourself and the rest you give to other people?
Or when you feel like baking, you go run around the block or do whetever physical exersise for half an hour (dependant on your physical condition right now of course).
Baking and eating are two different things, you must learn to seperate them.

Well you could try using splenda in the place of the sugar, use non-fat margarine instead of usual margarine or lard, and use non-sweet chocolate and just add splenda to it. I'm diabetic and that's what I do!!

Sorry I can't help you - but I do know that you should never patronize a restaurant that has a skinny chef/cook!
