In every article I have read it always says that women hit their prime in the 30's. Men hit their prime in late teenage years to early 20's. The woman is more "set" in life around 30 because she knows what life is about. Women have careers and usually have their minds set by this age and more comfortable in life and in their own skin. Most women have experienced sex of different types (i.e., positions, partners, etc.) and they know what makes them feel good.

When you feel pretty content with the person you are, you'll know you're in your prime. That can come at any age, but is generally in your 30's or after. For me, it was after.

Some women may tend to be less self-conscious and
more able to participate in uninhibited sex once they get a
little older which will obviouly result in a more responsive
