He is young-- 19 is no age obviously his body grew but forgot about his lack of brain matter. Tell him you don't find it funny, or make a joke out of what he is saying something like ''yeah in your dreams'' don't let it get to you, don't take it to heart.
My guess is that you really like him more than you are letting on. If thats the case why not just tell him that his wise cracks are upsetting you and that you feel like more than friends.

19's still young. Sounds like his mental age froze at eleven.
You need to take him to one side and explain that this sort of thing isn't a joke - it is a serious matter to you, not to be joked about.
The important thing to remember is that you need to point out that, while what he says might be funny to him, it's not funny to you, because he is far less sensitive to the topic.
So all you have to ask of him is for a little more sensitivity towards your personal feelings.

If it have been me i could upload a chum or 2 (make new acquaintances or rediscover previous ones) after which decide who I savor spending time with extra. i think of you're able to do extra appropriate yet you like friendship too. So upload some new acquaintances after which circulate on once you're waiting.

I dont know why he would act like that, but it could be one of two things, he could really like you and thats his way way of telling you or he could want to let other people know that he doesnt want to date anyone right now. I personally dont find it funny, just tell him how you feel and hopefully he will stop.

in my opinion, he is flirting with the idea of asking you but doesn;t want to be rejected. at the same time, he is hinting to others that you are "his" gf ... i'd just respond you are "a free agent until there is a sizable rock on your finger" to quash that joke and declare your status as available
