I can think of a few:
- J.M. Coetzee's recent novel, 'Slow Man'
- 'Three Dog Night' by Peter Goldsworthy
- Murray Bail 'Holden’s Performance' & a short story called 'Healing' which you can read at: http://www.newyorker.com/fiction/content/articles/790416fi_fiction
I also believe there may is a Peter Carey novel set in part in Adelaide, but I'm not sure which one. Hope this helps.

The only one I know of is a fairy tale.
It is called "Adelaide Crows will win 2006 premiership"
If you mean non-fiction, then I don't know any
(sorry Croweaters, couldn't resist. Go the Lions)
