what behavior are you trying to change?

You need to be more specific.
Behaviour needs to be changed only if it is self destructive or hurting others deliberately. Awareness of bad behaviour patterns is the first step---and you are already there. Fix a realistic time frame and achievement target. Break down the change into smaller steps and go one step at a time. Review your progress frequently in order to be spurred on and also to correct any lapse. Sometimes it is good to involve a close friend or family member who will act like a conscience and give you honest feedback, encouragement and support.

Start by making a list of why you should change this behaviour(s) and why you shouldn't. Then decide if you really think it is worth while.
Check back to this list now and then to amend to reflex how it has caused changes in your life.

This is an ambiguous question, in other words it doesn't make any sense. What behavior do you want to change and why?
Usually if we come to a realization that we need to change something in our lives, about the only thing we can change is our behavior. Make it happen!

When you are lying in bed before sleeping, tell yourself that you forgive yourself for the behavior you regret, and that it's past now, you start again tomorrow. Picture it as clear as you can, as a PAST thing. And then wake up with" today I am a new person."
Or just say to yourself, " Thank you for not doing that anymore" and it's wierd, but from then on it becomes easier not to do it.

Need more info. But if it's bad behavior. You have to change how you look at things. Like if you're a pessimist you need to look at things more optimistic. Your behavior will change ifyou change how you view life.
