Hi the best thing for you to do is go out and by a really good moisturising bubble bath and body wash, and have a long nice soak, treat your self to some new shampoo and conditioner, and by a good moisturiser for your skin and anexfloiator. Then take some evening primrose oil, i think you can take up to six regular strengh evening primrose oil with something to eat, or just take one. This will help you skin. Also get a vitamin and mineral complex and take these as well as your evening primrose oil, You will feel better in no time.

Visit your doctor to make sure your fatigue isn't caused by an underlying illness. If not, consider changing your diet and ask your pharmacist for some vitamins. Also, try doing some exercise if you don't already, A forty minute daily walk at a leisurely pace will do wonders for you stamina and your general health.

Are you feeling unwell or depressed, either way, go see you doctor, they maybe able to help, or go have a good night out, or retail therapy, listen to some happy music. Have a nice relaxing bath with some candles and aromatherapy and some light music. Lie down and read a book or watch a good film. Not horror or sad, a nice comedy or romantic film....hope you feel better soon

Drink lots of water, it will help your skin and hair no end. You need to drink at least 8 glasses a day every day and in a month you will really notice the difference

are you eating properly, enough fruit and vegetable? try some vitamins, holland and barret sell some vitamins especially for hair and skin good luck
