IT CAN TRIGGER....but if that happens...you yourself will note the contractions (HARDENING OF UTERUS WITH TYPICAL PAIN IN ABDOMEN)...as you didnt mentioned about pain i think u'll not anymore develop contractions due to "that" episode.

if you develop contrction you'll need TOCOLYTIC(causing uterus to relax)drugs as per doctors advice

But STILL...Go to doctor...to do SONOGRAPHY scan as blunt trauma to abdomen may seperate placenta from uterus...and harm to baby..(ABRUPTION of placenta...it also hav pain)

Yetserday.....mmmm, unlikely it will trigger any contraction.
Bt still u might hav occasional braxton hick contraction which is nothing alarming.

Depending on ill you were, just be wary about taking medications not prescribed by your doctor. If in doubt any at all go see your doc.,
