If it is a corporation, check the corporation division, usually in the secretary of state's office, but could be separate. If not a corporation, but not a person's name, should have a dba (doing business as) registration in the city/town clerk's office where the business is located.

Certification only means the business has complied with legal requirements. It says nothing about the business's honesty or reliability. Some belong to the BBB (Better Business Bureau), but they only report if there have been complaints and if they have been resolved. Doesn't say if the resolution was fair to the consumer.

changing over your drivers license is $20. It won't be able to be carried out on line considering the fact that a image is needed. moving the Tirle and Registration is the high priced area. Florida used to have an result cost for bringing a automobile into the State. That became into deemed unlawful, so as that they replaced it to a tax.
