That happened to me. I was using the women's restroom. All of a sudden this person comes in, gets in the stale next to me. It was obvious this person was standing up.....I thought oh my GOD..This person left without washing their hands. I came out of the restroom and saw this person walking in front of me. I knew it was that person because of the shoes and the pants. I walked up to the attendant and told him, I sure didn't like a man walking into the restroom. A friend of the guy turned and said to me, if you don't like go somewhere else. I said I beg your pardon, I was the one that was in the ladies restroom. That guy was so embarrassed. He looked immediately and saw that he went into the wrong one. Accidents happen. tee hee
One more thing. I have used the men's restroom several times. But I always lock the door so no one would come in. If a man saw my feet in the men's restroom, he would no doubt think maybe I was gay. :-)

Guys don't say anything if a girl was in a male toilet when your in a night club or pub because they know how crowded the ladies toilets are! And guys don't really care who uses the toilets! So I wouldn' t really care.

IF it was a toilet in the US,nothing would happen. The US Supreme Court ruled a few years ago that it isn't "unlawful" for a certain gender to occupy a restroom of the opposite sex(paraphrasing)

You are correct, nothing will happen at all. I once compained at a department store that women were walking into the men's dressing room with impunity, and they looked at me as though "I" was weird for complaining.

I think most guys would say, "Oops, 'scuze me, I must be in the wrong restroom". And then turn around immediately and walk out.
