I 'm from Europe and I recently bought this game. Ok heres the problem. When ever I switch on the game to play it, when I want to switch off the x box, the xbox tells me I will lose all saved data. The console is basically telling me that if I switch it on to play dead rising I must finish the game at one sitting. I've tried saving at the security room but when I go back to the title screen, theres no "continue" option. I have to start at the very beginning again. Surely there must be a way to save this game and continue at a later date or am I doing something wrong?

I just asked my chap who has also just got Dead Rising, and he said that you need to go to the toilets to 'save' in order to be able to continue. He said he got this information from a website and it also said that if you save in the security room you do have to start again for whatever reason. Hope this helps xxx

orrrrrrr....maybe its cuz the programming and de-bugging in the game is actually just as worse as the game itself

the cd must have been defected or it is basically your xbox
