I'm not sure I understand this, but if you completed the exam with 69%, it does sound like you got your result. The problem is that the result may not be good enough for you to have passed and receive your MBA. If you want to study abroad, you will need to have your transcript from the school you attended sent to the school(s) you are interested in. Your exam results and whether or not you completed the MBA should be on that transcript.
