A dedicated line in your house, Faxes are fairly cheap now!!

a fax machine a second line only for the fax machine and plenty of paper and possibly long distance =)
Depends on how much you fax per month..
If its only a few times then use a store for faxing and possibly if you need to receive a fax then buy a cheap fax machine and have them call you prior to faxing.

It depends. If you are just sending one or two for personal use, take it to a copy shop or something, and they will fax it for you for a small charge. If you have multiple faxes to send for a business, buy your own fax machine.
