it's when people are standing close to me and they talk loudly enough to be heard for some meters!! it really gets on my nerves and some of them even shout over the phone so that when you hang up,you get to deal with a red ear...

Trying to drive and talk on the cell phone. People can Not do it and all they do is endanger other safe drivers (not to mention their passengers) when they "try". Get with it America--- hang up and Drive!
