Hey again! Ty very much for picking my "Brilliant" (ha ha) answer earlier. Good Q here now btw. Ok, so first we have to deduce why You doubt your own sanity... and also then explore your own perspective of your own sanity. Doubting though is a healthy thing to do, as it shows at least some conscious awareness of the basic notion of sanity in the first place. As for safely considering yourself sane, well here we have the peach of all questions, regarding the word "sane" itself! Again, I personally feel that this word, and concept, is very much "individual" based in its' perspective, and in its' actuality. What is deemed as "sane" for one may be totally "insane" for another. And surely, there are as many definitions of "sane" as there are individual perceptions of "sane" also. So You see my friend, to doubt is to know, for the knowing comes in actual acceptance of realising that You are doubting in the first place. And as for being "sane", well if You ever do find out what "sane" actually is, then please let me know!

I should just carry on being you, because You have a wonderfully unique view of life, and this is itself beyond any form of sane or insane that there is.

absolutly, if you had gone insane, you would not be aware of it.

so the fact that you have the ability to question your sanity would make you most definetly sane.

CONGRATULTIONS!
