It would depend entirely on whose personal opinion is being expressed - in any case by and large most people don't actually take much note of other peoples personal opinions - DO YOU ?

There are so many things more important than my opinion that I could not possibly list them all. In no particular order there's: life, health, happiness, loved ones, respect, freedom, peace (external and internal), hope, objective truth, various skills, arts, abilities, etc., etc.

An old lecturer I had once objected strenuously to the use of 'etc.' when it wasn't clear what the rest of the sequence was (as above). While respecting his opinion I disagree and have decided to ignore it. Value? Well there was some - I became aware of his thinking and was able to consider it before rejecting it. So, in the great scheme of things, his opinion on this subject is not of any noticeable value - nor is my own.

All that said however I value (but by no means absolutely) the opinions of others (especially when they differ from mine - because if they're the same I learn nothing) and appreciate it when others are willing to express their opinions.

That's a personal question. Your personal opinion is your own and unique, but don't try to stuff it down everyone else's throat

If I may quote from an old, but well-known, film;

"Every time you pick up a handful of dust, and see not the dust, but a mystery, a marvel, there in your hand. Every time you stop and think, "I'm alive, and being alive is fantastic!"

Ill take gold, diamonds, or any other precious stones over anybodies personal opinion any day.

personal opinion can't be true when your mind messed up!
it's in your heart guidance by the blessings and commandment of your God, followed by the gentility's of the prophet, and your religion guidance most of all. what else? cmiiw
