Wow. You poor thing. I will let other people give you intelligent answers (I hope) to your situation. But I think the first thing you need is just a long, warm hug. You need some serious TLC right now. You need to know that you are loved. So please let me extend my arms of love to you and hold you like a good sister. You can cry on my shoulder all you want. You have a right to. And I will hold you until the tears calm down.

..You are are a smart person. You recognize WHY you're feeling the way you do AND you're asking for help. Most people don't know why they're anxious.

Some ways to reduce the stress:
Talk to a family member AND a friend about your feelings- you get different forms of relieve from platonic friends than you get from family.

Ask your doctor to recommend a therapist (so you don't pass out of your pocket).

Make up with your Mom and if that too is stressful lessen your exposure to her.

Decide on the boundaries about your daughter and her child as residents in your home and get a commmitment from her to follow the plan. Tell her how overwhelm you feel and that is your way of reducing stress.

Indulge yourself - go away for a weekend alone and spent time enjoying nature or whatever you enjoy.

And do a lot of POSITIVE self talk (not just once a day - but every time you think negative) about what you want for your life.

Do cardio exercises to combat the effects of emotion stress in your body. Eat a balance diet of fruit and veggies.

solitude and meditation for as much time as you can find, even if you have to get up early to do it. breathe, breathe, breathe, and r-e-l-a-x.

Get a girlfriend to take the baby for a couple of hours and go do whatever you love, on your own, to just decompress. It will help tremendously. Love to you and baby, feel better soon!
