they cant boot you from a rated game. so, if you got booted, the game was unrated and there was no scoring & were no points involved. therefore, why not just move on to another game?
if you really want to get in there, unless they moved rooms & made it private, you should just be able to go right back in. but if they booted you, then left, and reopened it but made it private to not let you in, you can't get in.

host can only boot you if game has not started,or if your idle more than 3 minutes.most common reason for getting booted is lower rating then other players in room.followed by being abusive or a bad player in last game played with them.if host makes table private only people who are invited can enter.

Depends why you were booted. If it was for misconduct I suggest you behave yourself!!
