Assuming all three drives are on the same hard drive then you can use a partition manager to resize them so space from D and E drives move over to C drive. There are several excellent partition managers, such as Norton Partition Magic (http://www.symantec.com/home_homeoffice/products/overview.jsp?pcid=sp&pvid=pm80)
Partition Magic Features:
* Divides a hard drive into two or more partitions
* Reduces risk of data loss if system crashes
* Lets you copy, move, resize, split, or merge partitions
* Runs different operating systems on one PC—safely
A good alternative to Partition Magic is Acronis Partition Expert (http://www.fileboost.net/directory/utilities/disk/acronis_partition_expert/008296/review.html) It has all the basic features as Norton Partition Magic including resizing partitions. In addition, it offers a trial period to test the software. See below:
"Acronis Partition Expert is the only disk partitioning software that allows you to automatically or manually resize, copy and move partitions without losing data." -- acronis.com

Partition Magic might be able to do it, but you risk losing the data on all three drives if you start messing with the partitions. Backup all data you don't want to lose first. If you don't care about data then just boot into DOS and use fdisk to repartition.

If you're saying you want to add more GB to the C drive by taking it off your others unfortunately you can't. You just have to go out an buy a new and better one
If you just want ot transfer files you can go into my computer and you'll find the disks there.
